Returns & Refund Policy

All Planet Mithril products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period, and as such we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at studio@planetmithril.com and we will endeavour to make it right.

Commission Services

Commission painting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit is required to secure your commission slot, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, assembly errors, or general wear and tear.
